PHILOSOPHY

Corporate Responsibility
At UST corporate responsibility means striving to do what is right, being a good neighbor in the community, and integrating social and government priorities into our services, our solutions, and our relationships with customers and business partners. We are working hard to understand the complex issues that confront our business and our industry and how we can make a significant difference.

Business Ethics
The way we conduct ourselves day to day—with each other, our customers, employees, partners and competitors—is the foundation of our reputation as an ethical company. Our reputation is important. It tells our customers that they can rely on us and trust what we say. That's why we do everything we can to protect our reputation by making sure our actions and policies are not only legal, but also in line with the highest levels of business ethics and personal integrity.

Mission and Values
UST’s mission is to help our clients equip and train their workforce for elite performance. We develop and deploy training, recruiting, mentoring and security solutions for complex problems to support the organizations that defend our nation and our way of life. The values that inform and inspire all of our activities, and distinguish us as a Corporation are:

Integrity – alignment of our actions with our intent. We intend to be an Integrally Informed commercial enterprise.

Honesty – we are honest with ourselves and others. We believe in professional and spiritual development to broaden our awareness and allow us to stay honest.

Innovation – a hallmark of Special Operators is to stay on the leading edge of change. We intend to make this a hallmark of our own success as well.

Professional Respect – We intend to model professional respect towards our employees, peers, customers and competitors.

Social Responsibility – we give back to our special operations communities to honor those who have given their lives in the line of duty. We are responsible consumers, stewards of our environment, and protectors of our community’s standards.

Corporate Giving Program
UST donates 7.5% of its profit on NavySEALs.com to the Naval Special Warfare Foundation. Further, we donate to several charitable organizations with missions similar to our own. In 2005, we donated money to the Sierra Club, Navy UDT-SEAL Museum, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Vail Armed Forces Foundation and Hooah Radio. We also donate gear to numerous military organizations for fund-raising purposes.
