Paid Vacation and Sick Leave
US Tactical employees get eight paid holidays per year. Employees earn one week of sick time per year, two weeks of vacation per year when they start, three weeks after five years four weeks after ten years of employment. In addition, those employees that are US military reservists get up to two weeks paid time off to fulfill their reserve duty.
Insurances
US Tactical offers a wide variety of healthcare coverage options provided through a network of health insurance carriers nationwide. All areas have at least one choice of HMO or PPO with a large selection of network providers. When you enroll for medical coverage, you are also automatically enrolled for Dental, Vision and Basic Term Life and Personal Accident Insurances paid for 100% by US Tactical. You may also buy additional Voluntary Group Universal Life and Personal Accident Insurances as well as Voluntary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance. US Tactical also offers a Health Care Flexible Spending Account Plan.
Retirement Savings Plan
US Tactical encourages employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to the company’s 401(k) plan. Currently, US Tactical offers a generous 50% match on the first 6% of salary an employee contributes to the plan. The plan offers convenient pre-tax payroll deductions that can be changed at any time online, a variety of investment choices, daily changes to investments and 24-hour toll-free and internet account access.

Employee Service Center
Through the Administaff/US Tactical Employee Service Center, employees can verify and manage their personal information. This includes accessing historical paystubs, changing/verifying withholding status, viewing paid time off and being able to access and change personal information.
